He loves updating, experimenting and comparing himself with other cuisines, but his Italic vein will never die: the beautiful country, as Dante and Petrarca define it, has an unbeatable culinary tradition.

Erika coordinates the arrivals and departures of all customers, verifying that nothing is lacking in the desired comfort.

As a good Incoming Manager, it puts itself in the forefront with companies that need a support structure. Let's not forget the tourism, various types of tourism (sports, religious, etc. ..) that have Erika as a reference point to make their guests stay at our structure!
